Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12pm PT on a business day are packed the same day. Everything else ships the next business day. Custom curtain lengths take 7–10 business days to finish before dispatch.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $200 and $9 below that, arriving in 3–6 business days. Express delivery is $24 and arrives in 1–2 business days.

We ship to over 40 countries. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and region.

Where possible, duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so nothing is owed on arrival. Otherwise your carrier will collect them before delivery.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn't updated for five business days, contact care@coozyhome.shop and we'll investigate.

Claims for parcels marked delivered but not received should be raised within 14 days. We will replace or refund confirmed lost shipments.

Every shipment is carbon offset through verified reforestation and renewable energy projects at no extra cost to you.
