You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it by automated means at scale, or resell products in a way that misrepresents our brand.

Natural fibres vary. Colour, weave and slub texture may differ slightly from photography and between production runs. We describe every product as accurately as we can but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and will refund you in full if we do.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Stock is not reserved until payment is completed.

Our ten-year guarantee covers seam failure and weave thinning under normal domestic use. It excludes damage from bleach, pets, misuse, commercial laundering and normal fading.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
